Vitamin C Boost !!

Vitamin C is great at maintaining a strong and healthy Immune System; it helps aid the absorption of Iron!! 
It is considered to be a powerful tool when trying to avoid or kick a cold.  ;) 

Ingredients: 
5 Oranges 
Yummy Watermelon pieces (eyeball this one lol you dont need a lot) 
Small piece of Ginger 
1limon 


Directions: 
Peal and then Juice all ingredients together
