Creamy Cilantro Dressing Recipe

After weeks of fighting with this recipe i finally perfected .. 

This is my version of the Famous Pollo Loko Creamy Cilantro dressing :D 

I hope you all enjoy it :D

Ingredients needed : 

1.) Ranch 

2.)Parmesan Cheese 

3.)Sour Cream 

4.)Serrano Chile 

5.)1/2 measuring cup 

6.) CILANTRO!!! :) 

Directions: 

Measure 1/2 Cup of Ranch 

1/2 cup of Sour cream 

1/4 of Parmesan cheese 

Cut Serrano Chile in half (And take seeds out) 

And finally add as much Cilantro as you please

I personally like adding only half a bunch of Cilantro 

But of-course as with any Recipe it is your choice and preference 

P.S. I am aware this is not a vegan or raw recipe.. (But it is delicious !!! )
